If any provision of these Terms is, for any reason, held to be invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions of these Terms will be unimpaired and the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed modified so that it is valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law. If you want to terminate these Terms, you must do so by (i) notifying AllTrails at any time; (ii) cancelling all of your Subscriptions in accordance with Section 3.4(f); and (iii) closing your Member Account. -You will need to submit your credit card info. We may use User Material for our internal business purposes, for example, to examine trends or categories or to promote, market or advertise AllTrails. The Products allow an individual user (an Originator) to create a shared group through which you can make your scheduled activities or current safety status available (the Lifeline Functionality) to a select group of individuals (a Lifeline Notification Group). TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PRODUCTS AND THEIR CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE BASIS AND WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THEM, INCLUDING AS TO THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS OR CURRENCY OF THE PRODUCTS OR THEIR CONTENT. You agree not to publish the Distribution Content with other content that is false, inaccurate, or misleading or that is, or that encourages activity or conduct that is, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of anothers privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable. The arbitrator may make rulings and resolve disputes as to the payment and reimbursement of fees or expenses at any time during the proceeding and upon request from either party made within 14 days of the arbitrators ruling on the merits. You will be charged $35.99 when your free trial ends and it will automatically renew after 12 months unless you update your renewal settings.
