It goes well this guide, i got one question, when you find an offhand item with like 6 fire damage or 11 physical damage for pets, is that better then a +20% all damage or an item like padalas will that raises necromancer skills with one. It's not a completely nonviable build by any means -- a Necromancer with tons of health and armor who can attack while using pets isn't useless -- but there are builds that work more smoothly together. This is nutz. If I recall, having 15% more damage is stronger than +1 level to skeletons, but Id have to re-familiarize myself with the numbers. The guide worked superbly! Ive been a little overwhelmed by all the damage types but from what I understand we just need gear with pet bonuses and resistances for ourselves and our pets correct? I could say the same for all progressions from one difficulty or expansion to the next. That said, Ive been personally finding more items with Reap Spirit skill buffs as upgrades to old, lower level items having Hellhound skill buffs, so I made the decision to adjust the pet line up.
